Description of the service

OGExamPrep provides free, browser-based practice questions and mock exams for the CFA Program and ACCA qualification, for self-study and educational purposes only. The Site does not require registration and does not charge for access to any question bank or mock exam.

Not affiliated with any exam body

OGExamPrep is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by CFA Institute, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or any other exam-granting body referenced on the Site. CFA® and Chartered Financial Analyst® are registered trademarks owned by CFA Institute. ACCA® is a registered trademark of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Neither organization has reviewed, endorsed, promoted, or warranted the accuracy or quality of the content on this Site.

No guarantee of exam results

Practice questions and mock exams on the Site are study aids only. They are not official exam questions, do not guarantee coverage of every topic that may appear on an actual exam, and are not a guarantee of a passing result on the CFA exam, an ACCA paper, or any other assessment. You remain solely responsible for your own exam preparation and results.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including questions, explanations, text, design, and code, unless otherwise noted — is owned by OGExamPrep or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or republish Site content in bulk, or use automated tools to extract content, without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt its operation, probing or scanning it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or using it in any way that violates applicable law.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
