OGExamPrep ("we", "us", "our") publishes this policy to explain what information is collected when you use ogexamprep.com (the "Site") and how it's used. We built the Site to work without accounts, so there is very little data to talk about — but here's the full picture.

No accounts, no sign-up

OGExamPrep does not require registration. We don't collect names, email addresses, or payment details through the Site, because there's nothing on the Site that requires them.

Information stored in your browser

To track your progress — answered questions, scores, and mock exam results — the Site uses your browser's local storage. This data is saved only on your own device, is never transmitted to our servers, and is not shared with any third party. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for ogexamprep.com, or by using a different browser or device.

Server and hosting logs

Like virtually every website, our hosting and content-delivery provider automatically records standard technical information for each request — such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and performance monitoring. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors or build advertising profiles.

Cookies and tracking

OGExamPrep does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, and does not currently run third-party analytics or ad scripts. If that changes in the future — for example, to add privacy-respecting, aggregate usage analytics — we will update this policy to describe what's added and why.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for candidates studying for professional certification exams and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Because we don't hold accounts or personal profiles, there is generally no personal data of yours on our servers to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold information about you and want to make a request regarding it — including under applicable Indian data protection law, such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — contact us using the details below and we'll respond.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
